I love watching Movies in the Afternoon :)

Today, I'm watching Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Favourite movie of all time. Ever. After I finish it, I'm highly tempted to just restart it and watch it all over again. :)

it makes me happy.

-chills- ooh intensity.

BAHAHA! "Move your feet, boy! it's a dance!"

LOVE this part.

"Where's my sister??"
"She's in the mansion!"
"What mansion??"
-mansion appears-
"OH! That mansion!"

"You wished yourself away. And with it, so much more."

<3

this part is just so pretty!

:) I'd love to sail in a sea of Lilies.

*swoons* Caspian. :)

saying goodbye.... :'(

*tears up* I always cry at this part...

How I wish I could fall into a painting... have an adventure... what if we could? What if we could go to an Art gallery or an old house and pick out a painting to enter? What could we learn from the worlds inside art? From the people we would meet? Would we find joy or sadness? Would we find a home?

"...When the water meets the sky,
Where your heart is free and hope comes back to life,
When these broken hands are whole again,
We will find what we’ve been waiting for,
We were made for so much more
We can be the kings and queens of anything if we believe.
It’s written in the stars that shine above,
A world where you and I belong, where faith and love will keep us strong,
Exactly who we are is just enough, there’s a place for us, there’s a place for us..."
-There's a Place For Us from The Voyage of the Dawn Treader Soundtrack

"I've got my memories
They're always inside of me
But I can't go back
Back to how it was
I believe it now
I've seen too much
But I can't go back
Back to how it was
Created for a place I've never known

This is Home
Now I'm finally where I belong
Where I belong
Yeah, this is home
I've been searching for a place of my own
Now I've found it,
Yeah, this is home
Yeah, this is home."

In Three Hundred and Sixty Five Days, I'll be a legal adult

Well, my loves, I turned seventeen today. For the first time, I woke up on my birthday feeling older. I feel that seventeen is the beginning of the end of childhood and adolescence - and also the beginning of the start of adulthood. Indeed, how lovely it is to be as old as seventeen, yet also as young as seventeen. I'm hoping this year will bring new growth - spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I pray I can concentrate on becoming the woman God means me to be, being wise and careful in all that I say and do.

Eternity

My dreams desire moments of brilliant color,
When my Angels of Music
Sing and whisper sweetly
Of the timelessness of Eternity
Of the times that shall come to me.

When Spring and Winter will be one,
Beneath the light of the golden sun.
And the flowers live by cool streams
That run down to the bright blue ocean
Where every blade of the green grass
Looks up lovingly at the clouds
From which cooling rain as diamonds fall
Making a symphony of sounds.

Stars will shine brighter in a sky
That is not so dark as before
With the moon's great silver orb,
The symbol of love, shining down.

Morning will dawn in purple and red,
The soft breeze will force
The wild mist surrounding everything
To flee by a well known course
And bring life to summer trees.

Visions of smiles being passed
From man to woman, Brother to sister,
In the garden where Death and all demons,
Pain and tears have no power over us.
Where we are all children, with no cares
No sorrow, only joy and peace.
Where together we will sing, there
In the perfect beauty of love,
Perfectly blending in pure harmony
And storms will come no more.

House of Mirrors

You can’t seem to see past your own reflection
Caught up in the halls of your introspection
And you’re staring at your mirror on the wall
Asking “who is the fairest of them all?”
‘Cause Lord I know, it’s not me
If only you could see
That you’ve already been set free

Well come on, come on
Let’s throw our mirrors down
Yeah come on, come on
Let’s shatter the glass on the ground

Well you say “hold on, if I could just try this one thing.
Well I know I can change and that would change everything”
But a house made of mirrors never helped you see any clearer
It’s yourself you can’t see past
And Lord, isn’t that just like me?
If only we could see, that He’s already set us free

Well come on, come on
Let’s throw our mirrors down
Yeah come on, come on
Let’s shatter the glass on the ground

Oh, oh
Freedom’s waiting for you now
So come on, come on
And throw your mirrors down

Come on, if you’re tired take a step outside
You might find that you can forget about yourself tonight
Oh, come on if you’re tired of failed attempts to try
Freedom’s waiting when you look outside
Come on, if you’re tired take a step outside
You might find you can forget about yourself tonight
Yeah, come if you’re tired of your failed attempts to try
Freedom is waiting when you look outside

Well come on, come on
Let’s throw our mirrors down
Yeah come on, come on
Let’s shatter the glass on the ground
Freedom’s waiting for you now
So come on, come on and throw your mirrors down

Technicolor Orange

"I am the orange in the overcast of color that you visualize."

Technicolor Orange:
Orange days are happy and energetic. My Orange days are like summer time. An oasis of heat no matter what the temperature may be outside. I feel warm from the inside out on Orange days. Creative and hungry for productivity.

Those that are Orange are the artists of our world, the composers, the musicians, chefs, designers, decorators, and dancers. They are full of warmth and energy, love to create, and bring joy through their passion to others. Orange people are the driving force behind the world of the arts whether it is music or visual arts or culinary arts. However, they sometimes can get lost in their creativity and become over-productive, not leaving time for anything and expecting others to do the same. I have a young friend who was in ballet and her dance teacher was this way. She expected dance to be her students' whole life. They were to drop everything for dance no matter what it was. She got lost in her passion and ended up driving some away by her over-developed sense of productivity. It is easy for Orange people to forget that there is a world outside of their creative interests. Don't lose focus of the big picture.

Technicolor Red

"I am the red in the rose, the flowers on the blankets on your bedroom floor."

People are woven with brightly shaded thread. We are knit together and have patterns and color stitched into us. Color infiltrates everything. Even our days.

Technicolor Red:
My Days that are made of Red are full of passionate feeling, whether it is anger or love. Red days are days that I am strong because I am empowered by emotion, because I have energy that is sparked by intensity. Red days I feel confident.

But Days or Events aren't the only things that are colored Red. People are too. Those that are colored Red are strong, vibrant, passionate, and competitive. They are the dominant forces in our world. They fight for what they want or believe in. Red People can be amazing: they can be admired and followed, trusted in, leaned on. But sometimes they can be people that everyone wants to avoid, being manipulative, malicious, and controlling. The kind of Red Person you are depends on the amount of control you have over your strong Red vision. Learn to control it, blend it with other shades. Sometimes it is better to be Purple or Pink rather than Red.
